Service Description
This is the most comprehensive visit. It is personalized based on your unique health goals and root causes. You will be sent a comprehensive questionnaire to fill out prior to our video visit regarding health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, lab work, and goals. During our time together, we will address your goals and prioritize based on symptoms. I will make personalized recommendations on diet, lifestyle, recommended further lab testing, and lay out of general time frame for you based on your goals and symptoms. I will educate you on some of the major things we can work on first. This is not the same as a traditional healthcare visit. This is a partnership in which we discuss next best steps and move forward based on what YOU are hoping to prioritize. I am here to educate you on your potential root causes and guide you in your journey.
